My last recipe was Kung Pao Lobster. With that I had cooked this Chili garlic noodles.
- 1 packet Noodles
- 1 medium onion thinly chopped
- 1/4th cabbage finely chopped
- 5-6 cloves of garlic minced
- 3-4 green chili slitted lengthwise
- Black pepper powder
Following the instructions of the packet boil the noodles and drain it. Now keep the boiled noodles in a bowl of cold water so that all the noodles are submerged under the water. This step helps to prevent them from sticking to each other.
Heat oil in a wok and add green chilies and minced garlic to it. Sauté on medium heat but don't make the garlics brown. Now add chopped onion and cabbage and continue frying them on medium high heat. Add the noodles and fry till all the ingredients are mixed well. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and you are done…
Serve with your favorite Chinese side dish or Kung Pao Lobster.
